EMIL STUCCHIO AND THE CLASSICS

A certain magic happens the moment THE CLASSICS step out onto the stage and begin to sail from one song to another.  Their unique vocal and visual styling, selection of material and overall dynamic performing abilities put them in a class of their own.

Raised in New York City where, during the 1950’s, new music exploded from every street corner, THE CLASSICS released their first million selling record “Till Then”.  Subsequent hit recordings included “P.S. I Love You” and “You’ll Never Know”.

Their 1994 album release entitled “Stardust” received much acclaim.  Standards such as: “The Way You Look Tonight”, “You Don’t Have to say You Love Me”, “Cara Mia” and the title song “Stardust” were done in typical Classics style.

In their CD entitled “Intimate Reflection”, THE CLASSICS once again weaved their way through such beautiful standards as “Hold me, Thrill me, Kiss me”, “All of a Sudden My Heart Sings”, “I’ll be Seeing You”, “Night”, “Again” and “I Miss You So” with the style and blend they have mastered throughout the years

The foundation of THE CLASSICS sound is the outstanding lead voice of Emil Stucchio which can be heard on every Classics recording.  The excellent Vocal harmonies of Michael Paquette, Scott LaChance and Al Contrera complete the circle of style, blend and class that we know as THE CLASSICS.  Over the years, their popularity has continued to grow as shown by a recent New York radio listener poll where THE CLASSICS came in at No. 6 out of 500 recording artists.

Since their roots lie in the fifties and sixties, they are at home in concerts catering to audiences of that era.  However, they have a long proven track record in the Atlantic City, Las Vegas and Corporate venues.  With almost fifty years of entertainment experience, the sound of a full orchestra and exceptional vocal abilities, THE CLASSICS continue to receive excellent reviews from audiences, producers and their fellow artists.  They add that special touch to everything they do – from standards to fifties to today’s sounds, their show, with outrageous comedy routines, are complete and professional.  In every way, THE CLASSICS live up to the name they have chosen.  They are truly a class act.
